Thursday Afternoon- Liberty, MO
Cloud Type- Cirrostratus and stratus Cloud Coverage- Sunny Cloud Location- Southwest Wind Direction- Slight eastern wind Overview- Very high layered clouds, some low level layered, and there are four jet streams visible. Sunny, cold day with a small breeze.
